Aisar Hernandez Segundo is a Cuban bassist, composer and arranger, born in the province of Camaguey. He has worked in great Cuban orchestras such as; Maravillas de Florida, a type of graduation school for any Camaguey musician, Juan Carlos Alfonso y su Dan Den and Elito Revé y su Charangón, orchestra of which he was musical director for 10 years.
He has an agenda with more than 180 compositions of his own and claims not to be a musician for money, but for the desire to give positive emotions to those who listen to his music.
Currently he leads the band "El Expreso de Cuba" with which he offers above all good Cuban music with good texts and interesting arrangements, with much flavor, strength and cadence for the dancer.
His themes portray the experiences of the Cuban and his joy. Aisar Hernandez is of the opinion that a leader must be clear about what he wants and what he and his group are capable of doing. You must have confidence in your proposal and also love for what you do and for your musicians since that will make you value them, respect and believe them, or at least try to create a musical family, which is very important in the final result of the work. If the staff within the orchestra constantly changes, a firm and solid cell cannot be formed and this will affect the results and even the sound of the orchestra.
